The MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter w/ O2 Port - Universal part # MF94139 has the O2 sensor port hole located on the outlet side of the converter.
MagnaFlow does offer converters that will mount the O2 sensor on the inlet side of the converter, but that are made for specific model vehicles.
MagnaFlow does offer a universal catalytic converters that have dual O2 sensor ports, like part # MF94169.
This converter had 3 inch inlet and outlet tubes and measures 13 inches long x 6-1/2 inches wide x 4-3/5 inches tall. This converter is OBD-II compliant for vehicles made 1996 or later. These specifications match the converter that you referenced in the question. MagnaFlow stated that the outlet O2 port that is not in use can be pluged up.
