Does this come with the 5/8 bolt to secure the step to the receiver?

The Bully Black Bull LED step hitch cover # BBS-1104L does not come with a hitch pin. If you need a regular pin you can use # PC3. But what I recommend is a hitch lock # e98880 to deter theft.
