what size is recommended for my stock jeep wrangler tire 255/75/17....32?

255/75R17 tires have a diameter of 32.1 inches so yes, the Rampage Display Spare Tire Cover # RA783235 would work. It may be a tiny bit tight though.
Take a tape measure and verify the tire's diameter. If it's right at 32 use the cover you referenced. If it is larger use the part # RA783535 which is for 33 to 35 inch diameter tires.
