They confirmed it is a fit for your 2016 Volkswagon Beetle and it will accommodate the factory spoiler fin on the rear deck lid. It does not have a specific pocket for the spoiler, but it does have the designed space necessary to accommodate covering it.
You may also want to consider Covercraft's Lock Kit for their covers, # ZCBL. This is a vinyl coated cable lock designed to work with the grommets of the cover to secure the cover to your vehicle.
