Lighter Platform Bike Rack That Can Tilt Down Recommendation

I am looking for a platform-style hitch-mounted bike rack. Would like these characteristics: 1 Light-weight, to make installation easier. 2 Can fold out of the way when not in use to access rear of car. You recommended the S101 to another customer. I liked its low-weight. It is discontinued. Can you provide an alternative recommendation? Next is the Kuat Sherpa, # S101. This rack is also made of aluminum, weighs a low 27 pounds, and does not use a threaded pin. It also can tilt down for better access to the rear of your vehicle. I have included a video review of this rack as well.

One our favorite folding platform bike racks is the Hollywood Rack Sport Rider part # HR1450Z which can carry two bikes and tilt down when not in use. Check out the review video I attached for more info. Problem is it's a bit heavy at around 51 lbs. This rack is a workhorse though.
The other solution that might be more up your alley is the Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR which can tilt as well and weighs 47 lbs. I attached a review video for more info on this as well.
