I recommend The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # DT78MR for your 2016 Jeep Wrangler.
In addition to towing this hitch is also great for bike racks and cargo carriers that are attached to Jeeps with a rear mounted spare tire. (Towing Capacity: 350 Pound Tongue Weight // 3500 Pound Towing) Be sure to check your owner's manual for your Jeep's tow rating by the way. Installation video attached.
