Question:
So I got this 27 foot fifth wheel and I was wondering if my Toyota is enough truck to haul it which I believe it is some people told me I need a sliding hitch and other people told me I can get away with the regular hitch in there so I would like to know if its true if I can get away with a regular hitch in my Toyota Tundra truck has a 6 and a half foot bed

Whether or not you will need a slider hitch depends on how wide the trailer is. Most likely you will need a slider to be able to make tight turns without the trailer hitting the truck. With an installation kit such as # RP50084-58 installed on your 2011 Toyota Tundra 6-1/2 foot bed the centerline of the hitch will be approximately 1-3/4 inches forward of the center of the rear axle.
Measure from that point to the back of the truck cab. That measurement has to be at least 4 inches more than half the width of the trailer to have enough clearance.
If you determine that a slider will be required I recommend the Demco HiJacker # DM8550034 because it has 14 inches of travel and slides automatically. I have linked a video review of this hitch for you. I also recommend an in-bed 7-Way, # HM43397, to make hooking up easier.
Check the truck owner's manual for the capacity of your specific configuration to determine if it has the capacity to tow the trailer.
