The Ford E450 Cutaway Van chassis would use the same floor mats as the regular Van would. If you click the provided link, you can see the different mats that would be a fit.
The WeatherTech # WTW51TN mats you mentioned would be a fit, but these are semi-custom mats that wouldn't have as precise a fit as a custom mat. For a custom mat, we have the WeatherTech Front Auto Floor Mats - Black
