I have 5.5 foot bed with a headache rack. This rack has side rail that run the full of the bed. Can I fit a backflip G2 tonneau cover on my truck with the headache rack still installed. Or is there a different option that I should consider?

For trucks that have headache racks or ladder racks the tonneaus to use are ones that mount between the bed rails.
The most similar tonneau we have to the one you referenced is the Bak part # BAK39309 which rolls up and mounts between the rails.
