Will Thule Rooftop Cargo Bag Fit 2016 Kia Sorento With Factory Crossbars

Will a Thule Outbound Cargo Bag fit a 2016 Kia Sorento with crossbars and non-raised side rails. The maximum distance between the crossbars is 31. Are there any other bags that would be a better fit. I am trying to avoid getting a cargo basket.
