The Rhino-Rack # RSWH is intended to work specifically with their Pioneer platforms like # RR42115BF, trays and tradies. If you have one of these then it will fit.
If instead you have a steel cargo basket like # RMCB02 then a simple u-bolt type tire carrier such as # CE22011Z-11050-2 may be your best bet. This u-bolt is 12-1/4-inches long so it will work for wide tires. Similar part # CE22007Z-11050-2 is 8-3/8-inches long and will fit narrower tires.
