From the top of tube to mounting flange is about 10 or 11. Picture is the best I had. Hope it helps Can you please advise which jack is right to as closely as possible replace the existing? Thanks

Thanks for the picture! From that I can tell that you are looking for an A-frame jack with a top wind handle just like the part # PS1400600303 that you referenced.
This jack will fit the trailer as all trailers use the same 3 bolt mounting flange and this jack also has an outer tube diameter of 2-1/4 inches.
