Hi I have a ford f150 there is two pin wire that is on inside driver side it is two pin plug in is there a patch wire so It would be 2 pin in to 4 pin

It sounds like that 2-pin connector you found might be related to power lights or a brake light in/on a camper shell. If it is not that then I am not sure what it would be for but I can tell you that it will not be for trailer wiring.
To add a 4-Way on your 2007 Ford F-150 you can use # C56031. I have included a link to a video review of this harness for you.
