Question:
I have a 2010 F150 6-1/2foot bed that I am going to install a fifth wheel rail kit into, is there any deference between the C16300-204 and the RP30035-426 other than the name on it? or is there a better product I should bee looking at?

Both of the fifth wheel installation kits you referenced, part # C16300-204 and part # RP30035-426 are semi-custom installation kits and require drilling into the frame on your 2010 F-150. These are very similar in installation and both will work with fifth wheel hitches that fit industry-standard above bed rails.
In my opinion I would go for the custom installation kit. These cut the installation time in half and use holes that exist in the frame and require no drilling. When installing these you do not always have the luxury of having a lot of room for drilling. The Reese Installation kit is part # RP50081-58, and the Curt kit is part # C16441-204.
I have attached a link to the product page for fifth wheel trailer hitches we offer that would be a good fit for your truck with the 6-1/2 ft bed you can check out. If you have any questions about a specific item let me know and I will make some recommendations that will work for you.
If you do not have a wiring harness in the bed of your truck for your trailer I recommend part # PK11893-11932. This plugs into the existing wiring on your truck and lets you retain the trailer connector at the back of your truck.
