I have a 16K Reese 5th wheel hitch part # 051 and need a head for it. I need to know if 58146 is the correct head. Thanks

For Reese 16K 5th wheel slider hitch # RP30051 the correct replacement Head Assemby is indeed part # RP58146 that you referenced. If you also need the crossmember head support this is available too as part # RP58147. If you want both we offer them together as # RP30047A.
