Question:
Will this cover fit a 2016 Nissan Frontier with the Utili-Track system? I also have the extender but isnt always carried.

Yes, we checked with Truxedo and the Tonneau part # TX292301 will fit with your utili-track on your 2016 Nissan Frontier. Apparently there is a gap between the bed rail edge and the utili-track that allows the clamps of the Truxedo to fit.
