K-Source doesn't include installation instructions with the # KS61052F mirror, but you can find install videos on youtube.com. I've checked youtube, and found that there are a few videos showing how to replace the mirror.

Once you're on the site, just type 'side mirror replacement 2001 Ford Expedition' into the search bar at the top of the page, and you'll see the relevant videos.
