I have a 2000 Ford F-150 extended cab Flareside truck and I have a husky 16k hitch and rails. Will these brackets work for my truck and if not which ones will?

There is a Husky fifth wheel rail kit available for your 2000 Ford F-150 short bed, part # HT31409-686. But since this is a universal fit kit I wouldn't recommend it as your best choice.
Instead I would recommend a custom fit rail kit that will minimize drilling and install time when compared to a universal kit. For that you would want the # C16437-204 which is a confirmed fit for your truck and can work with Husky fifth wheel hitches.
