The Curt 24x60 Cargo Carrier for 2 Inch Hitches C18153 (DISCONTINUED) that you referenced does not come with a hitch pin to secure the carrier to your Suburban's hitch. We offer a number of hitch pin and clips and hitch receiver locks that will work well for you to secure the cargo carrier.
I recommend the Let's Go Aero Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2 Inch Hitches # 63232. This hitch lock will work with the hollow shank in the Curt # C18153 carrier to function as an anti-rattle device as well as a hitch lock. The anti-rattle feature will help minimize movement of the carrier inside the trailer hitch receiver. I have attached a review video of the # 63232 hitch anti-rattle lock for you.
If you would rather use a standard hitch pin and clip, part # PC3 will work for your 2 inch hitch and the Curt cargo carrier.
