I have a2015 Silverado crew cab with short bed approx 5-6inch will this rack and cover fit and what is approx cost. I need to haul my canoe/kayak sometimes and like how the rack folds away but can still have a tonneau.

A great ladder rack/tonneau cover for your 2015 Chevy Silverado is the Thule SR sliding rack # TH43002XT-782 with the BAK Recolver X2 # BAK39120.
A lot of times ladder racks and tonneau covers occupy the same mounting locations so they can't be installed together. In addition to that, there's even more that can be installed together but will make contact while opening the cover. Since the Revovler X2 is a rolling hard cover and sits further inside the truck's bed rails it doesn't make contact with the uprights or the tracks of the SR cover.
I recommend adding some bow and stern tie downs such as # SR0704 to secure the kayaks. I've also linked review videos of both the ladder rack and the tonneau cover for you.
