Question:
I have a 2016 Corolla and I want to put a bicycle rack on it. What hitch would you recommend that doesnt require a strap to keep the rack from bending. I would also like to know much clearance there is between the bottom of the hitch and the ground. I need to know this to see if this set up will work on my drive way. Thank you

For your 2016 Toyota Corolla I recommend Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24913. It does not require a strap to use a bike rack. Once installed the hitch will be approximately 9-1/2 inches up from the ground. But, since the hitch is positioned at the end of the vehicle, you would have to be at a very severe angle for the hitch to make contact with the ground.
And if you go with a bike rack with a rise in the shank, such as the Trail Rider # HR200Z which has a rise in the shank, the bike rack is less likely to make contact with the ground. I have linked videos on the hitch and bike rack for you.
