Question:
I have a towing hitch, model 75673, which had been mounted on a 2011 Subaru Outback wagon. I now see that this same model will fit a Subaru Outback wagon for 2016. I was previously told it would not fit but your website tells me it will. Could you please clarify? And also, could you tell me where I could get a copy of the installation instructions? After 5 years, I have no idea what happened to what I had. Thank you so much for your anticipated help.

The Draw-Tite part # 75673 is a confirmed fit for the 2016 Subaru Outback Wagon. It may have been that when you contacted us (or whoever you spoke with), that the hitch hadn't been tested on a 2016 at that time so the fit just hadn't been verified yet.
I attached a link to the install instructions and an install video for you to check out as well.
Since hitch hardware is only designed to be torqued down once you would also want the part # RHK. On the product page you would need to enter the hitch part number you have and then select the hitch manufacturer.
