Curt front-mount hitch # C31018 and Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-2375 are both confirmed fits for your 2013 Ford F-250 SRW 4X4. Unfortunately, both require the same mounting points on the truck's frame so both cannot be installed at the same time. Since both products are intended by their manufacturers to be installed by themselves, not in conjunction with another aftermarket product, using both at once would result in reduced/unknown capacities for both products and this is not recommended.
