I have a similar hitch I can recommend for your Scion tC, but the hitch you mentioned is not listed as a fit so it would not be the correct one for you.
Instead, you would want the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11375 which has been confirmed as a fit for your 2014 Scion tC and actually has a much better price.
