Is Taskmaster AS15B5SMV Wheel/Tire Combo Factory Balanced

Question:
Do the Taskmaster ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire with 15inch Silver Mod Wheel - 5 on 5 - Load Range C - TA63ZR come mounted and balanced or are they separate tire and wheel?

The Taskmaster # TA63ZR wheel/tire combo you mentioned is mounted on the rim at the factory. The wheel isn't balanced in the strict sense...when the tire is mounted to the wheel, the high (heavy) spot on the wheel is matched to the low (light) spot on the tire, which leaves the wheel and tire somewhat balanced.
You may have the wheel/tire professionally balanced if you wish, but having perfectly balanced tires is not as important with trailer tires as it is with a passenger vehicle. I've linked you to our trailer tire FAQ article, I hope you'll find it helpful.
