Replacement 7.00-15 Tires of Old Ford Truck Bed Converted into a Trailer

Question:
I have an old 50s Ford truck bed that is now a trailer. The tires are shot. Size 7.00x15. Should I find different rims to get standard tire or keep searching for 7.00 x 15 tires? I took it to a tire place and was told there is nothing that they can do. What is your advice? Thank you

The search is over! We have 7.00-15 tires that you can use on the old truck bed/trailer conversion. It is # AM10414 rated for 2,403 pounds at 70 psi. This is still a size that is in use in the trailer industry so no need to retro fit different wheels on the old Ford axle. I have linked a video of this tire for you.
