What would the redommended solutions be for a 2016 Chevy Colorado long bed truck in order to carry 4 mountain bicycles in the truck bed? The bed has a liner installed. Thank you!

For carrying up to 4 bikes in the bed of your 2016 Chevy Colorado use a tailgate pad rack the Swagman part # S64761 that will allow you to set the bikes over the tailgate.
