Between the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Square Tube Slider # RP30084 and the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Ultra Slide 5th wheel Trailer Hitch # DM6076P-UL-21K, I recommend the Reese # RP30084 for you.
I like the Reese # RP30084 hitch better because of the extended travel that it offers over the Demco # DM6076P-UL-21K. The Demco Hijacker offers 8 inches of front to back travel to complete a sharp turn, while the Reese will provide 10 inches of front to back travel. These couple of inches can make the difference in being able to complete a sharp turn or not. I have attached a review video of the Reese hitch for you.
Both of these hitch options have plenty of towing capacity to tow your Heartland Torque 38 Foot Toy Hauler, which I found to have a gross vehicle weight rating of 16,250 pounds.
If you need base rails for your 2010 Ford F-250, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Outboard Installation Kit # RP56005-53. The outboard brackets will make installing these base rails easier by making the hardware more easily accessible. I have attached an installation video of these rails for you.
To install a set of Firestone air bags on your truck, you will want to use the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2550. These air bag helper springs are designed to fit on your F-250 with the 5th wheel rails/gooseneck hitch installed. I have attached an installation video of the # F2550 on a 2004 F-250 for you, as well as a link to the air bag's installation instructions.
