Question:
I dont have a 5th wheel yet but I am always on the search for ways to save the weight and hassle of getting a hitch out of my truck. Being I have a RAM 2500 I also wish to minimize my total hitch weight. I like this Goosebox as I basically only need to get a ball for my factory prep setup. My question is: It looks like the only adjustment for hitch height is via the pin box mount. Moving the Goosebox in the trailer frame mount to accommodate the correct height. Am I correct in this assumption? Or does the Goosebox have any adjustment in it?

You are correct. The Reese Goose Boxes, including # RP94716-61301, adjust vertically where they mount to the trailer only. There is no other height adjustment on it. With a gooseneck hitch height isn't normally an issue unless the hitch is in a flatbed truck or a lifted truck which would be taller than a regular stock pickup truck.
Another thing to consider with the Goose Boxes is that they only fit in place of certain OEM pin boxes. To determine if there is one that will fit your trailer I would need to know the manufacturer and model of the pin box. This info should be on a sticker or plate on the pin box itself.
Another option is to install a gooseneck hitch in your 2015 Ram 2500 and use the Anderson adapter # AM3100 which will clamp around any 2-5/16 gooseneck ball. I have linked a video review of this adapter for you.
If your Ram has the factory prep package but you are missing the ball then you can add the ball using # C60618. If the truck does not have the factory prep package you can add a gooseneck hitch using # 9467. I have linked a video showing installation for you.
