What Is The Distance Between Holes On Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube

Question:
I need to lower the front of my gooseneck about 4 inches. What is the distance between the pin holes? And the distance between the coupler and the bottom pin hole?

I went to our warehouse and took some measurements of the Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube, part # BD1289050300.
The distance between each hole center-to-center is 2-1/2 inches. The overall length of the coupler is 22 inches. I have attached a photo of the tube with the dimensions noted you can check out.
