We do have a simple plug-in wiring harness with a 4-way trailer connector that is designed to fit your 2011 CR-V.
I recommend the Tow Ready Wiring Harness, part # 118427. This harness simply plugs into the vehicle wiring in the rear cargo area behind the trim panel on the driver side. You simply plug in the connector, attach the white ground wire to a clean metal surface, attach the included converter, and you are good to go. I was unable to find the part number you referenced.
