Can the BAKFlip F1 Hard Tonneau Cover be used with a Rhino Linings Spray In Bedliner? Also can it be removed easily for full bed access?

The BAK RollBAK F1 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK72121 that you referenced would install in the bed of a truck with a spray-in bed liner and would not require it to be trimmed back.
This has been confirmed as a fit for your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed, and since it's one of the nicest tonneau covers available we would recommend it for you.
If needed you could remove the cover for full bed access. You will need to remove a couple bolts though to separate it from the rails.
