is there a kit for the series 16 k to mount the rails to the new puck setup on 2011 f350 pre installed 5th wheel setup? Thank you

If you have an M5 series 5th Wheel Hitch, like the Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # RP30921, that you have referenced, no adapter is required.

There is an adapter kit to adapt the Signature Series 5th Wheel Hitches to the pre-installed pucks on the 2011 Ford F-350 Super Duty. You would need to use the Reese Signature Series Hitch Adapter, # RP58419. This kit allows the Signature Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches to fit in the Ford installed pucks. Rails are not required if you have the pre-installed Ford pucks. I have included a link below to an FAQ that includes information on the 2011 Ford F Series trucks with the prep package.

If you already have a 5th Wheel trailer hitch and it is not a Signature Series or Elite series, there is not adapter that can be used to install it on 2011 Ford trucks with the pre-installed pucks.
