Is a Load Range C ST215\75R14 that Same Diameter as a Load Range D
Question:
I am interested in replacing my c load range boat trailer tires with your Taskmaster ST215\75R14 load range . Are the c load range ST215\75R14 the same diameter as the same tire in the d load range? Thanks,

The actual size between the two tires you mentioned is the exact same. The difference is the Load Range which basically just means the weight capacity.
The # TTWTRTM2157514D has an overall diameter of 27 inches and a capacity of 2,200 lbs at 65 psi. I attached a review video for this tire for you to check out as well.
Going with a higher rated tire does not guarantee a higher trailer capacity since a trailer is only as strong as it's weakest link.
