I have purchased a 2003 f250 with the trailer tow package. It is missing the connector for the trailer harness. I am pulling a trailer not 5th wheel. The plug from the end of the wiring harness is square, not round. I would prefer to have both 7 pin and 4 pin flexibility. Which part do I need? Thanks.

I have a solution to add a 4- and 7-Way connector to the back of your 2003 Ford F-250 with the missing factory connector. It will require 2 parts. First, I recommend harness # 40167. You will just use the wiring harness part of this kit and not the 7-Way.
Then, instead of using the included 7-Way, I recommend # HM40975 to add a 4- and 7-Way to the back of the truck. I have included links to review videos for these parts for you.
