I need a roof rack for my 2016 Acura RDX, will this fit?

Yes, the Rhino Rack part # RR66GR has been confirmed as a fit for your 2016 Acura RDX if it has a naked roof without raised side rails.
If instead you have raised rails that run from front to back on the roof you would instead need the part numbers # RRVA126B-2, and # RRSX100.
