Im interested in purchasing the Hopkins Smart Hitch Back-up Camera but dont see any video about how to install on a 1995 Ford E-350 van. Do you have instructions for this? will I need an extension cable and if so, how long?

The Hopkins Backup Camera part # HM50002 will fit your 1995 Ford E-350. If it has a factory 7-way trailer connector it would plug in-line with that for installation. Otherwise, if you do not have a 7-way you would need to test the vehicle's taillight wiring to find the reverse light circuit like in the install video I attached.
Due to the length of your vehicle you will want the extension wire part # HM3100504060.
