Where Do DeeZee Nerf Bars Attach to a 2016 Ram 1500

Do these nerf bars mount to the rocker panels or to the body mounts

The installation instructions for DeeZee nerf bars # DZ372233 use the term "body" when referring to the attachment points. But to me it looks like the rocker panel. I have linked the installation instructions for you that does include some images.
All of the nerf bars for the 2016 Ram 1500, see, link, mount to basically the same places as the DeeZee model.
