Snow Tire Chain Recommendation for 2014 Ford Escape

Question:

I have a 2014 Ford Escape 4WD, tire size is 175 70/14, what size snow tire chains do I need and which tires do they go on? Please advise. Thank you

The tire chains I recommend are the Thule Self Tensioning, Low-Pro Snow Tire Chains # TH04115060. These chains have a very easy installation process and are self-tensioning. In addition to the easy installation, the chains release with the push of a button, allowing you to spend minimal time outside your car to put on and take off the chains. The Low-Pro tire chains are Class S compatible and feature nylon bumpers and a liner to protect your vehicle's rims. For your vehicle, these tire chains are size 060.

Based on the information in the 2014 Ford Escape's owner's manual the tire chains need to be placed on the front tires. I recommend checking your owner's manual for any additional guidelines to using tire chains on your Escape.
