Best Spot to Mount Fulton # FCHA0050324 Trailer Safety Chains

Question:
Thinking of ordering these safety chains and the mount that weld on. 2 questions before i order. #1 how meny chains for 14.99? #2 what would be the best place to weld on the mounts derectly to the coupler or to the tongue? The coupler will be welded to the tongue once i get the trailer back from galvanize.

The Fulton # FCHA0050324 safety chains are sold individually. For two chains, you'd need to order two of that part number. The best place to mount the chains is to the underside of the trailer tongue behind the coupler.
