Do Thule or someone else make a single free standing bike rack?

For bike storage the only single bike holders are designed to fit either on a wall or ceiling and not the floor (free-standing) see link. For a free-standing model the minimum is 2 bikes such as # 301-13984. I have linked all of the 2-bike freestanding models for you.
