The Wheel Center Caps for the HWT # AM22322HWT Split Spoke Aluminum Trailer Wheel would insert into the pilot hole of the wheel from the rear. The wheel has a 2.80 inch pilot diameter, so you'd use a center cap that matches that dimension, part # AM90113
