Hi, looking for a bike rack for a 2011 Cadillac Srx , rear hatch mount, and am concerned on the downward pull on the rear spoiler. I know there is one with upward extensions, but is that necessary?

The neat thing about the Hollywood Trunk Mounted Bike Racks are that the Over-The-Top uses top support arms and contact points to route the straps over the spoiler, so there is no downward force specifically on the spoiler. This setup is necessary if the spoiler is plastic because it can become deformed or damaged under the extra weight.
Their Over-The-Top model is available in a 2 bike version as part # HRF2 or as a 3 bike version, part # HRF2-3.
Another option would be to install a hitch and hitch mounted bike rack for your vehicle. The most popular with customers, at the moment, for your 2011 Cadillac SRX are the Curt Hitch # C13002 and the Thule Hitching Post # TH934XTR.
