We do have one trailer hitch mount bike carrier that can hold one trike and one regular bike, # HR1450Z-E-TRKADP3. The only problem is that this carrier cannot be used on the back of a motor home. There are only certain bike racks that are rated for use on an RV. I have included a link to them for you.

Out of the RV approved racks the one possible option is the Swagman bumper mount carrier # S80600. It fits on 4 inch square steel bumpers and though it is not designed to hold a trike it is the closest we can get.
