How is the Drain Plug of the BakFlip G2 Tonneau BAK26406 Routed

Do I need to drill a drain hole in the bed like other versions of the BAKFlip?

With the BakFlip G2 tonneau part # BAK26406 you have the option of drilling a hole in the bed of your truck or using one of the current plugs of the truck bed for the drain hose.
