There are a couple of RHino-Rack roof rack options that will fit your 2013 Ford Transit Connect. If you want a traditional 2-bar set up then you can use Heavy-Duty Crossbars # RLZ01-DC. I have linked a video review for you.
If you want a 3-bar set up use # RLZ01-RLZ02. In either case the roof rack capacity is 220 pounds. But you will need to consult the vehicle owners manual and/or Ford for the roof carrying capacity prior to loading.
To make it easier and safer to reach the roof of the van I also recommend a tire step # ALL647596.
