Does the hitch pin have a clip or is it a threaded nut and bolt type?

On the Swagman Trailhead Hitch Bike Rack, # S63360, the hitch pin is a threaded bolt (no nut) and uses a clip. The hitch pin will thread into the shank of the bike rack and then after it is tightened down the clip is inserted through the hitch pin.

We also offer a Swagman Locking Threaded Hitch Pin, # S64029, that will allow you to lock the bike rack to the receiver hitch.

I am sending the instructions on the bike rack and it shows the hitch pin and how it connects.
