Is the Thule Pulse Roof Mounted Cargo Box Water Tight or Water Proof

Question:
I did not see any mention of how water tight this model is. Are there any seals or protection to prevent a driving rain from blowing or seeping in and damaging the contents.

Where the top and bottom halves meet, the edges are rolled a full 180 degrees. Water would have to come straight up from the bottom and turn 180 degrees to get inside.
The box is not water proof or water tight, but as long as it is closed all the way, rain will not fill the box. We always recommend our customers in rainy areas throw their luggage or cargo in a plastic bag so if any moisture does get in, the cargo will not soak it up.
