If your 2013 F-250 has a factory installed 7-way trailer socket then it should also have an under-dash port for connection of a brake controller like the Prodigy P2 # 90885. In this case you'd use the harness you referenced, part # 3034-P, to plug the controller in to the vehicle. The linked photos show you the appearance of the connector on the harness and where to find it behind the dash.

If the truck instead had a factory 4-pole trailer connector then installation will still require the harness # 3034-P along with part # 37185, which converts the 4-pole to a 7-way. This item requires you to connect the 7-Way socket of part # 37185 to the vehicle's tow package wires which are located along the rear frame rail.

Exactly what comes in a "tow package" can vary by vehicle brand, model and production year. Some vehicles that have a tow package may not include all the same components as others.
