The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent With Fan, part # FV802250 is designed to do just what you mentioned you want to use it for.
It will circulate the air in your RV or camper by pushing the air out of your camper/RV. This variable speed fan is not reversible but has 3 speeds to move the air out as needed. It has a manual knob on the housing that lets you control the air flow. The rough opening for this vent is 14-1/4 x 14-1/4 inch.
If you want to cover the vent when not in use I recommend a cover like part # FVU1500WH. This cover protects the inside of the trailer from rain or snow and allows you to open the vent any time, even when driving to help circulate air.
